"It was easy to sue once i got the hang of it, and I liked that it was flexible and whether I was speaking to a stranded customer, a towtruck driver, or an insurance/roadside assistance company, the program had all the tools I needed to navigate for drivers, give customers eta's and find available drivers for companies setting up assiatkce for their customers."

"The driver apps are easy to use as well."

"I do not blame towbook alone however for the issues as some were caused by internet connectivity, but still it was frustrating and counter productive"
