We also use the TomTom integration to get call info to our drivers and our radios are hardly ever used anymore. Tracker is always on top of updates and keeps us running as smooth as possible.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Tracker. The support team we had was amazing and always able to solve our issues quickly.

After eleven years of trying I am still frustrated with tracker.

Easy to input and software works amazing for our needs and our lot as in inventory. Love the picture caption for impounds.

I tried to close a month and a year lost both, Scared to try again. Tried to change some short codes won't let me says invoices are out there and there are none.

I'll be brutally honest, it was a rough transition at first for a company that had been utilizing old paper run sheets and invoices for many years.

Today it is frustrating. Tracker has no traditional database.

What we enjoy most about the software is that it can be customized. We also enjoy that the program is integrated with Quickbooks which is our main accounting software.

We had problems with drivers not getting Full sign, print, time & date on manual cons, Transvirtual takes away that problem.

Transvirtual has been the best investment in software.

On top of that, quality support to back up the product, and a general keen-ness from the development team to improve the product.

Also missing connotes from freight companies, most of the time we are able to get copies from the data in Transvirtual.

I like the fact that we don't have to go chasing drivers for manual POD's  or loosing revenue because of lost cons. Also a big thing is the auto rating package, it has cut down on wages a great deal.

It is amazingly configurable and therefore powerful.

Great roadmap structure guided by the end users.

Website is sometimes slow to load which is frustrating when you need to quickly login to check something.
