The easy way to use them and also to development, is very useful for the audits because we can obtain the the results immediately and graph them to attack our major detractor.

The software is in development and the functionality is limited.

Sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load, although I'm chalking this up to a sketchy connection. Really no downside to the product that I can think of.

Alway helpful, fast and friendly. Monthly 'Office Hours' and quarterly meetings are so helpful to keep you up to date and informed about what EASE is working on.

Ease is extremely easy to use and assists in our daily audits of our process. I thoroughly enjoyed the goals they set on the app.

Cost is too high and Yearly subscription method is something that can be hard to maintain in the long term. Could offer a one time fee alternative or different options.

Slow for some applications especially at times of high internet usage. Limitation of characters in some fields limits what data can be recorded.

There are a few features that are missing for us, but once we report them they are willing to see which ones are possible to add in the future.

The software integrates wonderful and seamlessly into our current website - no fussing with sending our members to an unknown website for registration.

This product has been relatively easy to use. The token feature is going to be very useful for our organization.

I like how comprehensive it is. I also like that we can incorporate other people as Admins to be able to view the people fro their group who register for an event.

Getting a trigger to fire without having to save the page multiple times is a challenge. Users keep getting error messages about refreshing the page, which they do to no avail.

Poor controls and oversight over registration fee collection. Registration forms were eye-tests and poorly designed.

Yesterday Regpack support emailed to report that the had fixed the problem, so we walked the registrant through and again they received an error.

We needed more customization with our registration software because of the way we run our operation. Our previous software company was great but we had to change our workflow to fit in.

The way Regpack is set up, we can do pretty much anything we want. We especially love the payment plan options and that they are completely customizable and automated.

Cost effective for non-profit registrations; ability to transfer names to an excel spreadsheet; helped move our registration system to fully online.

We are a new client, and I'm not super technology proficient but the RegPack system is user friendly and once you understand the ins and outs it is super easy to use.

Love the interface, customer support, and vibe of the company.

The more I work in it the better I love it. I love all the automatic emails and how easy it is to sort and filter to get the info you need.
