Square 9 is the perfect fit for our existing customers already utilizing  Bizhub multi-function devices.

It has been difficult to set up workflows and scripts for a complex muti company use.

I don't believe this was ever set up correctly to begin with and now it's a mess to try to figure out what went wrong. 5 months in and we still don't get 80% out of the product.

The ability to access the software and add files, etc is very user friendly. It makes it very easy to train the end user.

Ease of use, reliability. I like how easy it is to search for documents and to export files.

Once documents are entered - it is very easy to search for information. The thumbnails add to the ease of searching.

Great program for keeping electronic copies of invoices. Integrates great with QuickBooks.

Reduction of physically stored paperwork as well as a reduction in lost paperwork.

Having the ability to create separate inboxes for each type of document made GlobalSearch a really good fit for us.

Awful, the reseller sold us support and have been awful to work with - very misleading presentation.

Square 9 is easy to use and allows us to search and locate our patient records and other documents faster then ever.

Viewing documents during the sorting process is challenging. The zoom in feature is difficult to maneuver.

What I love most about the Square9 suite of products is the integration and ease of use. We use both GlobalSearch and GlobalForms, and they work hand in hand.

I have never had an issue with the software or support and the support staff are AWESOME. I have attended several trainings in New Haven and always walk away energized to try something new.

So easy to maintain and for users to use the product. Great and quick customer support when there ever is a problem (rarely).

The ability to alphabetize. The ability to make the screen pull up how many ever documents to fit our needs.

We have just started using the program and we love it. When it is operating to full capacity we will be very excited.

Concept is great and you can customize everything yourself. Global Search looks good but Smart Search needs improvement.

Easy navigation, ease of training other staff through smart search is very nice. General basic knowledge needed.

We have a backend system that can connect via REST api. They have a good documentation and sample on how to use the REST API.

Upgrades can be difficult as the client ans server need to be updated together and the client update need admin rights.

The benefits I received are organization for scanning documents into SmartSearch and easy to search for the documents. It is very user friendly.

The desktop application runs much slower than the application on the server. Probably more of an issue with my network than anything else, but still annoying.

I love the options to customize searches and permissions. I like that I can do some level of customization without outside help.

The Square 9 bEST connector directly integrates with our devices, simplifying scanning, indexing, and searching of documents from the panel.

I enjoy the ability I have to customize it to my needs. I know I have just touched the surface of what my software has the ability to do.

Zoho is real one of my best app on consulting business. They have tons of integration options and you can use lots of them free.

I am well satisfied with Zoho Forms software as I am so lucky to have such.

My overall experience with the zoho forms is good. I am using zoho forms to collect the customer data and increase my conversions.

Template designs are limited compared to similar products.

Zoho Forms is one of the easiest and most comprehensive web-based form builders I have used in the past few years.

One of the best thing that make Zoho Forms different from other form builder is, it can be access and use from online and offline state.

Doesn't really have a wide variety of features and has terrible reports and tracking.

There are no option to saves the previous form template. I will need to creating everything from the start and it is quite annoying and consume more time.

Has several powerful features from the zoho suite of business apps. Customer service is very helpful for onboarding.

The web-based help screens provide comprehensive support for creating forms and their email support team is very responsive.

The first is the inability to have a color picker on the form. It's not included in the standard list and you can't add it yourself.

I like Zoho Forms, it's easy to use, secure, have multiples functions. I even can rent forms for my customers at a little monthly price.

I like how easy it is to use this form, I like how inexpensive it is to get 1000 forms and design customization. I love how easy it is to add to a website or blog.

Drag and drop for generator that is user friendly and smooth. Ability to create, collect, and share data with multiple users.

The only thing I don't like is that I have to pay for using custom form feature.

Ease of use and simplicity in integration with Zoho CRM. Integrates well with workflows.

I like most about Zoho forms is its ability to business forms online and to share for all of us usage. This integrated app enables  me to use my data smartly and helps to manage my email alerts.

Upgrading your subscription is also worth every penny.

It easily integrates with Zoho CRM and you have the ability to have it create/modify entries and display CRM fields on the form.

The trouble is you have to be a user when filling out the form in order to use the CRM fields.

Very good for fast form creation when working along with the Zoho platform. Also, the user interface is clean and easy to use.

Zoho Forms is really great in customizing my form layout to be fit with my form objective and needs.

Though it offers form templates, the design option for form seems limited and most basic.

Either to collect customers' feedback or to collect new leads and prospects, Zoho Forms has been really a helpful tool for our business.

And the published forms render well on all devices - web, mobile with responsive rendering. Possibility os restrictive sharing is a good feature that can be useful for restricted data collection.

They are very easy to use, and I use them on my two online real estate websites. They are easy for the customers to fill out and they can, also, sign the required forms.

This is very helpful for us since most of our field agents have limited mobile connection in the provinces.

We need to manage our leads and contacts and zoho forms is the perfect tool for the job. It's easy to integrate and to run it.

I am very pleased with this product and still continue having the subscription for it today. It was great to use and very helpful to our organization.

This software is a breeze to use and has saved me a lot of time. As we often have to modify a form, Zoho forms allow me to change just that section, quickly and without fuss.

The only form builder I found that has an offline feature.
