Wonderful & Easy to Use
Pros
The ease of use and ability to keep all of our information in one place.
Cons
There are some functions that I would like to see have more customizable options and forms that I wish could be adjusted. (ex. State in 2 letter abbreviation instead of written out)

Overall,. A solid set of tools a versatile system.
The system was key to communication, information, as well as our franchise onboarding process and retail client support.
Pros
It is obvious that the system is designed for franchisors and franchisees from the get-go. For our company, it got the job done for many many years.
Cons
Since the system was made to accommodate so many different kinds of franchise companies, often the system had too many options that we did not need.

FranConnect
Overall, the program has been a great resource for our team and keeping all of our franchisee or client data in one place. I utilize it every day to find information.
Pros
- Documents are easily accessible and live in one place - Data can be integrated into our other platforms like Qlik - Franchisee information is in one place and is a source of truth for all departments - New team members are able to see the history or previous phone conversations with specific franchisees - CRM tool has be great to keep all of our client data in one spot - Creating Email Campaigns is fairly easy & keeps all our communications in one spot
Cons
- There is not enough training on the CRM tool of FranConnect that I have found. Only Sales module training - Making specific adjustments in the programs is some times hard to do or trying to connect the dots in email campaigns - We cannot integrate the FranConnect Info Manager with our CRM module or the Operations Module - does not have cross functionality - Customizing is a bit difficult - Program can be slow, but that's probably because of so much data - Cannot open two windows at the same time of the same program

Makes communication over multiple locations easier
Managing support requests, FAQ's, submitting reporting, communicating news, and housing standard documents in a simple way is something that we take for granted now since we've been using FranConnect.
Pros
I appreciate the ease of use and the way it streamlines our system
Cons
Implementing new modules can take some time, but that's on us - its not a limitation of the program.
