  • Pros

  • The User interface is very excellent and very easy to use without any difficulties.
  • It is the best and economical solution for recording customer testimonials. Now, we can ask any customer to record testimonials for us but simply sending a weblink.
  • Cons

  • I also don't like that I don't have a desktop app yet.
  • There is no negative feedback that I've about BRAVO. It is the first custom solution that we found reliable and beneficial for our company.

  • Here are few things which I loved the most in Engagedly. Add/Remove goals and can view the goals achieved in percentage.
  • I love how user friendly this software is to navigate. I also love that there are many different options (posting, praising, polling etc).
  • Cons

  • The only con is that its a stand alone software and not built into other payroll or HR platforms.
  • It takes a long time to update. Setting up multirater is very confusing, especially when you add in the template aspect.
