Jobber does the job nicely, quickly, easily and is quite affordable for any small business. It integrates nicely with financial systems such as QuickBooks too.

Absolutely love having jobber to run our company. Being able to integrate with square and quickbooks allows us to be efficient, effective and on the path to a successful future.

Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.

Jobber streamlines the whole process of dispatching, time tracking, and invoicing and exports the info to my QuickBooks. Excellent customer support as well.

I really don't have any major negative complaints on this program, once I learned the set up and got used to it.

Jobber is good for someone just starting out due to it's ease of use but if you want to do any MailChimp or resending quotes you better be willing to pay a lot of money.

Another problem is that my drivers sometimes have 55 stops in a day. From their app you can’t see a map - just a list.

The mobile app is top notch. Customer service is very friendly and helpful if you have a problem.

It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff.

Doing invoices, when you forget to select the purpose of the job (Labor, material, etc) you end up losing the information and then you have to go back to notes to put it back in.

The time tracking feature isnt as expected. I thought it would be more automatic less user input, leads to more mistakes.

The software has multiple facets that work great if you have a service business like mine. The integration with Quickbooks.

Ease of use for invoices as a template, all invoices look the same for every client. Easy to adjust line items and pricing as needed.

Next is that when there is an error, there is no clear explanation as to what the error is. The program seems to tell me that there is an error, but that's it.

We have been using the program for about a year, and it is for sure better than other programs that we have used in the past. ANd the ease of talking to a real person in tech support is WONDERFUL.

I like that it is very user friendly and easily customazible.

Can upload multiple photos at the same time, make them shareable and also can save notes.

I love the feature where we can send invoice and payment link through email and text.

Kickserv is really easy to use, great support from the guys to help resolve any issues.

I love the reports feature as well. We utilize the API to create orders automatically saving a tremendous amount of time.

Being able to schedule multiple technicians and amend the calendar as things change is huge. Our guys have iPads and can access the program anywhere so we're all looking at the same data.

Editing is difficult unless I  add in the notes file. Prone to mistakes since the cursor is too sensitive causing errors and much lost time.

It’s very easy to use and does great for myself and all my coworkers.

The benefits are storing our projects. I like that it syncs to quick books.

So as far as what a client owes gets supper confusing.

The ease of use and ability to sync with Quickbooks (although not seamlessly) are the best attributes. The search feature and ability to use custom fields are nice to have.

The technicians cannot see the description of charges in the itemized list of charges while using the mobile app on their phones.

Because Kickserv is so large and sandbox, it was difficult to learn all the options and tailor them to my unique business.

QuickBooks integration is seamless. The ease of program and the bonus low-cost is amazing.

It was great that our HVAC techs plumbers were able to fill out an invoice right at the job and the customer could immediately pay it. The GPS Feature is also great.
