  • Pros

  • The cost how easy to use for managers employees, and HRIS administrators.
  • I have worked with many companies with implementation, and I was impressed by the assistance and setup NeoGOV had for working with their API.
  • Cons

  • Implementation time is unrealistic, no integration with current HRIS, there are many limitations that need work arounds. After a search, if you hit back button, you have to type in the search again.
  • When entering a hire, with the last OHC update, a tab for approvers now exists. This is confusing for managers as they enter some random name.

  • Plus, Submittable was by far the most affordable solution and offered the best value for money in our opinion.
  • This software is easy to understand, easy to deploy, and intuitive for guest users who help us to evaluate the submissions that we receive.
  • Cons

  • I only fear is when requesting assistance and I receive a auto reply email stating it will take about 1 or 2 days for a response turn around that is entirely too long so I call for service.
  • I use a pen name myself, and the absence of this feature has caused me some trouble.
