I liked how there was tutorials to show how to use their tools too so it was less difficult to find out how to use. Loved that there is a free trial first.

Picmonkey does a great job with that. I don't have a rating for customer service because I've actually never had to contact them and I've used Picmonkey for years.

I LOVE the design templates so modern and chic. I am happy they integrated videos into it as well.

The mobile app is terrible. Sole reason I switched from PicMonkey to a different service.

You can’t use RAW photos, this has been a bummer for me. Because of this, I needed to purchase Lightroom as well.

Filters and basic retouching tools are there to improve on the original photo. It also integrates with Unsplash to get stock photography, which is a great addition.

I sadly had to stop using PicMonkey and switch to a different collage maker when it stopped work freely and easily for me.

What I like the most is the wide selection of fonts and templates, frames, overlays, textures etc. It is also very easy to use, so it is suitable for beginners.

PicMonkey allows the average user to create stunning graphics. It's a great alternative to someone who is budget conscious and doesn't have the means to get a software such as the Adobe Suite.

The ability to create brand assets for various companies (colour, logo, etc). Worth the money if you purchase on AppSumo.

Sadly, the ability to position and brand the graphics created is severely limited, which makes this tool almost unusable for us.

The dashboard makes things easy to use and the results are brilliant.

Although there are lots of layouts, you don’t have a lot of control over the designs. The system does the work and this can be frustrating at times.
