  • Pros

  • I love that there is virtually, even if our few field techs don't have internet.
  • Field Service Lightning has a beautiful interface for my team to find and schedule our field engineers to get to our customer sites.
  • Cons

  • There are a lot of forms to fill out to get the software running correctly. 6 months in and we still are battling some bugs.
  • Need to update map customization lagging sometimes.

  • Quickbooks sync, and ease of use. Trying to streamline business for ease of invoicing and collecting etc.
  • Ease of use for our field technicians so we could count on them actually using the software. Integration with Quickbooks has been seamless.
  • Cons

  • Will admit some of our problems with system were employees not remembering how to operate system.
  • Reminders are worthless, no reference information sent relates/clues to any job. Navigation in customer profiles is one-way, no back button, you have to start over again.
