Back is an easy to use ticketing tool

It’s been very good. It was easy to setup and has given us one simple way for users to submit their request (usin Slack) and alliws us to keep track of what has happened and what we need to do.

Pros

Easy to use and setup, Easy for end users to submit tickets, easy communication through the ticket. Promising features

Cons

Still lacking some funcionality, mainly in reporting, export of ticket data.
