We no longer  use the sales side - that didn't really work for our company - now just use the contacts, tasks, recording of data.

Not sure if it would stretch to bigger business due to limited functionality.

The free version was so restricted, it made it virtually useless.

The ability to plan & track activity for contacts is what attracted me to Capsule CRM. The feature to add Tracks to Leads is a winner.

Support staff are very quick to respond. The close links with Mailchimp and Zapier are great and really easy to merge different systems.

What initially attracted us to this CRM was its cost effectiveness. I was impressed by how easy it was to deploy and run.

The reporting is very light with no obvious integration offered and lack of user permissions a deal breaker.

It has a solid ios app and the user interface on the web app is great. Customers really like the ability to chat directly with a live person.

Ease of setup and ease of use is what attracted me the most.

Some of the videos are a bit confusing, for me at least.

So far, really good experience - contacted customer support and they were friendly and helpful.

Instead, Tidio sends it from their email which is tall and has random characters. Which may make customers feel that that's a spam.

I like the chatbots that can help to gather information from the visitor too and that make it feel like a human is responding to initial inquires. OVerall a nice chat app.
