Ticketing UI is a bit messy. You can’t minimize or hide your ticket list (the left sidebar) and it takes a lot of screen area.

This is mildly annoying. Also, as an admin, if I want to view things as another agent, I have to log out and log back in as that agent.

I have only been testing the new chatbot for a short period, but so far I'm really impressed the UX behind this. A lot of great templates with useful flows.

I bought a LTD for this on appsumo and I really hope that they come back. I would love the max out on this.

I have 3 accounts with them for 3 of my websites and it is an amazing service. They also just launched a bot service for their chat support and cant wait to use it.

Little confusing as to the difference between the Deskubot Widget and the Live Chat widget. I assumed if you had Live Chat, that it was all one thing.

I also love the integrations - Woocommerce is a big part of my businesses so them offering an integration with Woo is huge for me.

Compared to other newcomers in the Helpdesk software space like LabiDesk and Thrivedesk, Desku is clearly the winner by miles.

Ease of use, quick onboarding, works like a charm. Had 1 issue which was quickly resolved.

It is easy to use and provides a great way to keep track of your conversations with customers - support ticketing system, knowledge base, shared inbox and chat support.

The pace of development has begun to increase so I am looking forward to more exciting future developments. One such development seems like a true game-changer.

I really like the FAQ portal. It looks stunning and is light years beyond the tools we had used before.

The custom domain feature is an absolute game-changer. Furthermore, the organization of tickets and the ability to effortlessly add tags have streamlined our workflow.

Marking a ticket as spam doesn't delete it or block or delete the sender.

Easy to navigate, UI and UX is pretty good, very generous limit for multiple workspaces / brands, great features including chatbot, live chat, knowledge base, shared inbox, social inbox.

It is well worth the money for me and should at least make your short list of software to look at for help desk/support needs.

Handling multiple inboxes and brands successfully within Desku is a major advantage. The price of this tool is just right and it offers tremendous value for the money invested.

The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem.

Love the endless customizations that you can do with this product. Create a template for literally anything and organize it however you like.

It is easy to get started, the UI isn't complex, you can note anything without having to google how to embed things every 5 minutes. It has a great share feature and works pretty good on the web too.

The price is also insanely great and their free option let's you try it out first before you commit.

Overall Notion is very powerful and clean. Currently short on personal or calendar focused features, but Notion seems to be improving constantly.

I love that this is as if Asana and Trello came together and had a baby with their features combined and yet much better (with all kinds of features). I love the customizability of Notion.

I highly recommend Notion for whatever you need. Organizing whatever you may think of is very simple and visually pleasant, with all the integrations it has it makes it by far my favorite platform.

Notion has the best UX I have ever seen. Extremely friendly to use and fun to learn.

It can be pretty slow to start up, and navigation has a lot of lag on mid-tier devices. Building and changing layouts can be difficult, and the offline functionality is sometimes limited.

The care they put into the product is amazing, full of details. The community and templates, amazing.

Notion is great in that it can do everything you want it to do. I personally use it as a wiki to save links and other information.

The vibe of the platform is minimalist and clean. Commands are fantastic tools--and embedding PDFs works better than in OneNote.

The ability to integrate emojis into the titles of pages/links is also nice and keeps things fun/uplifting.

I liked the ease of creating tables for organizing files for our class syllabus and supplementary materials. Selecting and updating the fields in the table is easy and straightforward.

It's very versatile and with it you can create a workflow that works for you. The UI is great and there is a great community.

The overall experience is superb. The lightweight super functional app also has iOS apps which i love.

Think evernote, onenote, todoist but more awesome. Compare to the competitor, this app are easy to use and the user experience are pleasant.
