  • Pros

  • The interface is perfect very easy to use just put the users name and boom you have access.
  • What we like most is its ease of use and its features.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we struggle with users that have 3 displays(about 20 of our users). The content from each of the displays often times does not load.
  • I struggle to find fault with the tool. I find most of the issues goverlan struggles with are related to the workstations inability to keep a current copy of DNS resolution for on domain workstations.

  • It's got an impressive UI and onboarding is pretty easy. Their price points are appealing and worth trying out if you are evaluating for your team.
  • I love the ease of use, the great customer service, and the features I like and use more than what other live chat systems offer.
  • Cons

  • There's nothing on here that I have any sort of problem with.
  • Some of the videos are a bit confusing, for me at least.
