These announcements will help us advisors to be all aligned regarding the latest process and procedures. #### Cons Actually, Guru is almost perfect for me and also for most of the advisors that are using it. I think one thing that I can suggest with it is regarding the acknowledgement receipt on updates and announcements. For acknowledging, they can justclick the 'I read it' button to acknowledge receipt. This means that you’ve understood the announcement or update that was communicated to you. My suggestion is if it is possible, please put at around 1-3 questions or knowledge check before the user is allowed to acknowledge the cards.
