Our Essentials pricing plan is $10 per user/per month and the Service Management pricing plan is $20 per user/per month. All pricing plans are billed monthly. No annual contracts required. No need to choose a specific plan for each Team Member — each seat is charged based on the role they play and the features they use each month, so you can control your costs while still having the flexibility to level up or down and use only the features you need, as you need them.

Simple. All-in-one solution
Overall, it has been great experience for a product that just recently launched. This will be an amazing product. The support team at Startly has been wonderful and their commitment to building an incredible product runs deep within the product and Startly team.
PROSI like the fact that it was built with the end user in mind. UI is very simple. It has a lot of features, but is not confusing. and it replaces three SaaS products that we use today at a fraction of the cost.
CONSReporting and dashboard could be better. It certainly will based on the input that we have been able to provide the Startly team. They continue to enhance its reporting capabilities.
Reasons for switching to Startly
Wanted a solution that was fully integrated and for a start-up like us, cost was a driving factor as well. great product.....

PROSProject builds - easy timesheet submittal - very easy for end user timesheet approval - very easy for manager
CONStimesheet adjustments- ok for admin. having to back out as impersonating resource, determine PM, impersonate PM and reject time, then impersonating resource again to adjust time. its a lot of steps. Team Member - would like to see from the team member level, the list of projects they are assigned to. like project history field, which would include client, project name, start/end dates, status of resource (open, completed, etc.) Project - would like to see more columns, like AE, PM, Fees, also want ability to expand or contract columns Search - want ability to search key words not just beginning with words.

Great Product Still in Development
I have no complaints about the system. It is clear that there are still some kinks to workout, but fixes to bugs are completed quickly and without further issue.
PROSThe interface is modern and easy to navigate, and the aesthetic is really pleasing to the eye.
CONSI receive pop-up errors often and have to log out, then back in. I'm unsure if this is a time-out feature, but it happens as I'm actively working in the system frequently. I would also like the ability to create reports ad-hoc.

Overall, the solution has a great look and feel, and easy to use.
PROSFriendly look and feel. Easy to use Timesheet and Expense approval feature.
CONSLimited functionality as a standard user. At this time additional role definitions are not available but aware they are under development. No reporting. No resource cost view for Management.

Finally, an all in one solution!
Finally a product that provides, project management, time entry, expense reporting, and ticketing in one place. I no longer am wasting time logging into multiple sites to complete tasks. The UI is quick, well thought out, and simple to navigate.
CONSI cannot think of a particular con for this product. It has consolidated my daily/weekly tasks in one place. I wish that this product existed sooner!

The product is easy to navigate, very user-friendly. Menu items are clear and simple to access. I was able to use this product without much direction.
CONSImprovements to reporting and financials would be nice. Some enhancements have already taken place. Looking forward to further enhancements on the way.

Time and Expense
Great experience. Easy to use. Great customer service and support.
PROSTracking timesheets and expenses is very easy with this software. It's great that the projects I am working on can easily be added to the timesheet.
CONSThere are a few minor bugs but nothing that didn't allow me to complete my time and expense entries. Since I know this is the first version of this software, I am sure they will be resolved quickly.
