"The report layout was pretty nice looking as far as home inspection reports go."

"According to customer support - who can only be reached via email with days or weeks between responses - I signed up using their old payment system which initially prevented me from accessing the software while also charging me twice."

"They also explained they lack the support they need to implement new features like customer signatures on a pre-inspection agreement."

"Customer support said they would try to issue a refund but that the person in charge of the old payment system "has not been very responsive"."
