Order cancel and refund functionality do not appear to exist.

Some devices can have an extremely high volume at max settings. It's utterly ridiculous that this widely complained problem is the hill that the developers choose to die on.

Ita too bad it throws your money away. Anyone whos smart, would kill this flaw.

So far is very good, but still strugling with an expert to integrate it with google sheets to worj with the orders afterwards.

Training the staff to use it was a breeze. What is good about this software was the ability to add photos to each food item if needed.

However the developers say it's intended so restaurants do not miss the order. But that's an extremely ignorant take on the issue.

Setting up your menu is so easy and creats a very user friendly experience for customers. You only have to pay for what you need or want so you can build on to the services as you desire.

Limit of feature development, and lack of local banks online payments.

The ordering receiving app on the tablet needs some updating, pre-orders can sometimes be lost and forgotten as they are not sorted (you can find a workaround by looking at the reports).

In today's age, everything is done by a mobile device. Not being able to pause orders or make changes from a mobile device has been tough.

M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.
