"Automated messaging, other app integration like ABB, VRBO, Pricelabs, Turno, etc, & direct booking are great."

"Robust features, a lot of integrations (some are even free with using Hostfully, like Turno, so I'm already saving on my monthly costs since enrolling), and customizable detailed owners reports that can automatically generate."

"The ability to use only the parts of the software that we needed with the option to grow and add on seamlessly has made our business thrive without adding specialized employees."

"It’s the first one I went with bc I didn’t know any better & now it’s so hard to switch & so much hassle, that they’re basically holding me hostage at this point."

"At times, messages load slow at times."

"One last issue (which is more just an annoyance) is that when checking out/completing an online reservation in Chrome, the auto-populate fills in the email address in the last name field."
