User Friendly Software
Easy to use, time saving, and effective to generate bookings.
PROSEverything is on it. The software saves my time to allocating the rates and availability. Very effective to generate the booking to website. The most important thing is that the channel manager makes my hotel is getting popular thought we are located faraway from the center of Lembongan Island. Great job, Hotel Link!
CONSThe report in Front desk is rarely the same with the manual report, but it doesnt happen often.

Rockwater Resort Review
Professional company to be associated with. Their support team are excellent and always available. Have never experienced any down time. If there is a glitch, technical support work on the issue quickly to resolve in least amount of time.
PROSwebsite setup, calendar, payment and channel manager are easy to set up, implement and use.
CONSThere isn't much not to like. To use this software you don't need to be an IT guru. Every step of the way there is always an option to proceed or cancel action which is great.

INTEGRATION with OTA'S NOT EASY BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION
Great Business Concept, with what seems a perfect choice, for those looking for a Calendar Minder. In a way I am glad to have tried the Software, I am sure it has made me stronger and more knowledgeable of the Industry and teaming up with Gianfranco has been a blessing
PROSGianfranco, A very knowledgeable Hotellink Consultant, the representative brings his A Game to the Table Priced competitively the package is well implemented by Hotellink Offers some great insights of the Travel Industry Perfect for those who set a years single tariff and happy to just walk away, but for those wishing to set different rates and criteria, you will find it painful.
CONSThe integration of the Calendar to the OTA's is more than problematic, it just does not work as it should, I am not sure where the problems lye, but it just makes life very stressful spending so much time finding solutions to all the glitches. The only OTA to run smoothly is Booking.com which is 5 stars The worst have to be Agoda and Airbnb, both not helped from their own internal support teams being practically non existent. I find the Calendar as useful as a Chocolate Tea Pot, trust me here if you have used Calendar Managers in the paste, this will kill you constantly flitting from one page to the other with no legend offered as to what all the Calendar Colours changing before your eyes mean ! At the beginning I thought the problem was all mine and like a New Car it just needed some more time to get into the nitty gritty, now months and months on, I now realise it is outdated and probably beyond a tweak or two.

Hotel Link User chasing simple yet effective system
Very happy, very easy to learn, very easy to progress and fix up items.
PROSI find the system easy to use, functional and simple as a back end programming for all of our Channel OTA, website, reviews bookings and customer details
CONSThe only simplified addition I am searching for is multi guest functionality. Our groups and guests sometimes have more than one family member and we would the ability to capture this and feed into our daily PMS operating system.

Glad I made the switch
I’m very happy and have found [SENSITIVE CONTENT] very helpful throughout the whole switching process.
PROSSwitching to Hotel Link from another big name company was easy, they took care of everything and made it painless. I like the functionality and find it so much easier to use and navigate. I have already seen an increase in direct bookings. The best of all is it has reduced my costs compared to my previous channel manager.
CONSThe pre-populate function needs to improve to include a database of regular guests, so you don’t have to keep inputting their details for every booking.

Affordable and easy to use software solution
Channel manger is easy to use.
PROSHotel Link Solutions have locally based office which helped us with setup. - easy to use software. - local assistance is quickly available.
CONSIs not yet integrated with on PMS, but that is in process.

Great to work with and first class support
First Class. We were unsure at the outset as this was new territory for us as Petrock Holiday Cottages. But from the first meeting to discuss the new website design to the implementation and ongoing support all been excellent. All of our questions have been addressed however small and we definitely feel that Hotel Link are there for us. The website and software are now bedded in and we are very happy with the way things are set up. It’s been a very good experience all round with attentive and professional Hotel Link representatives. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] our representative in the UK has been outstanding. Thank you Hotel Link.
PROSThe website and the management of it. The option to control our calendar and charges across multiple platforms. Once we’d had instruction on the hotel link extranet we find easy to use and navigate.
CONSHappy with all of the features of the software generally. Hotel Link support notification and demonstrate any new features and provide excellent support.

Booking.com where stopping support of their website hosting and management software so we needed a new website. We also wanted to have the capacity to link to other channels and so this product worked for us.

Best UI/UX so far for the booking system
I really like the UI offered by Hotel Link, with a simple and easy-to-use UI that makes the user experience is great. Many features are constantly being developed by them and I'm sure this software will get even better. The mobile app is really good, we hope they can add more features to it. They also really care about users, by offering to help during the pandemic so that we can survive together in difficult times.
CONSWe really want to have the iCal importer feature so that it will be easier for us to handle bookings on systems that are not supported by Hotel Link. We also hope they recruit more customer support so they can solve our problem even better.

A Good Channel Manager Overall
Overall quite satisfied but there are some areas for improvement and fine tuning which would make it even more user friendly, or could improve it to cater for certain individual needs and properties/businesses.
PROSIt prevents the possibility of overbooking situations if you are using multiple OTAs and keeps tabs and records regarding statistics. Also has the option for manual inputs of reservations & bookings and takes care of availabilities. If used all the time for reservations and bookings easy to get yearly figures and revenues etc etc.
CONSSetting up of rates and availability a bit laborious which could be simplified and more user friendly.

Ajuda no gerenciamento
O sistema ajudou no controle de reservas e nas vendas, mas ainda muito fraco para fazer orçamentos, mesmo assim ajudou bastante no crescimento das vendas diretas.
PROSControle das reservas, gestor de canais de vendas e o site integrado.
CONSMuito confuso os relatórios, não registra os e-mails dos Hóspedes para publicidade, não tem App para iOS somente androide, algumas funções dão bug e o suporte fraco para o usuário.

We want to mention some ideas in your comments to make them clearer. Firstly, our system does record the guest's emails in the Guest Details Report section, so the user can export the file for further purposes like advertising. Secondly, our app has both Android and IOS versions so it can adapt to different mobile devices. Regarding support, we have various channels that the user can reach such as local support teams (applicable for some regions), message box on the extranet dashboard or sending your request directly to the support team via email support@hotellinksolutions.com. Hope that this answer is helpful for the issue that you are facing.

Um ótimo time de Suporte
Estamos muito satisfeitos com o controle que o Hotel link nos oferece sobre todo o movimento de nossa Pousada.
PROSO Suporte que recebemos da pessoa do Hotel Link responsável pela nossa conta. Sempre atencios e disposto a solucionar nossos problemas e dificudades.
CONSNas reservas, nas janelas de "EXTRAS" e "PAGAMENTOS" deveria haver um filtro para eliminarmos do campo visual os itens deletados, ou eles deveriam simplesmente sumir. Isto causa muita confusão, quando efetuamos algum erro de registro. Nas mesmas janelas, quando imprimimos as faturas os ítens registrados não aparecem na ordem que registramos, o que gera uma confusão para explicarmos aos hóspedes o que foi cada consumo.

Great system and AMAZING service.
The system is bigger and has many more features than what we need, but it is perfect for a smaller accommodation provider.
PROSHLS is simple, easy to use, teach and learn. There are many features that we don't use but could if required. The customer care and technical help has been fantastic and prompt. All of our issues (billing) was sorted very quickly. Being able to access the system via an app whilst not on site is very helpful.
CONSThe only suggestions is being able to search for a guest, either past, or future via a search bar in the menu.

Ease of learning, access via an app and as i have said, great service from their team of techs, sales and management. You really couldn't ask for a better team behind your small, or large business.

CONSthe quality of the pictures we can browse on the website is low. It would be great to offer a wider range of options for the website
