  • Pros

  • I was a user of the program for a brief period but had a chance to work with it and found it absolutely useful. It gets the job done, has a great team and it's very user friendly.
  • The system has many functionality which is the demand of the time. The support team is excellent in understanding the requirement and deliver what is required.
  • Cons

  • Nothing about the program left me with a bad taste.

  • The calendar was useful. Was also nice that the direct booking was options were managed on the same extranet.
  • Ease of access for customers that can easily use computer software.
  • Cons

  • Charged per connection, and per booking. As if OTA commissions weren't enough to pay for, we had to pay to use the connect the OTA.
  • Doesn't support business intelligence report such as Rate 360, Agency 360.
