PROS

The integration with our small business was easy!

CONS

Learning on how to manage the calendar, but once you catch on, it is easy

Reasons for switching to Reservit

To much work was needed. It was difficult to teach others on how to properly use the software/PMS

Reservit was a good software to start with but the subscription could be heavy in term of €

We had a good experience with Reservit. The team to setup the software was very professional.But it was too pricey for our structure.

PROS

The front end booking is fresh and mobile responsive. The ability to make sales quickly

CONS

The support is not responsive. The price of the subscription for a small structure was too high

The front end booking module was looking good on big hotel site

Because it is a french company and the concurrent were using it too

My personnal review

Some what good. Hard to believe no one has ever come and met with us in person. We did spend quite a bit of money, no one ever showed up or asked us how things goes.

PROS

The set up with stripe is great. The help I get with RI is good, but we would really appreciate being assigned to the same person.

CONS

It says it is a channel manager, but it is very difficult with Booking and Airbnb

Channel manager and to make promotions effectively.

Not being assigned to the same person helps us to answer you quicker than if you are dedicated to the same person which can work on other tasks at the time of your call. However, if you would rather be dedicated to the same person, that is possible, but you should sometimes expect delays to receive answers. For Booking.com and Airbnb our team is already in contact with you for this purpose. Finally pandemic had an impact on our capacity to meet our users during the low season and we know that you are not available during the peak season. Un outil vraiment complet

J’ai utilisé Reservit au quotidien pendant 9 ans, ce logiciel est vraiment agréable visuellement. Il permet une gestion complète des canaux de réservations et en direct.

PROS

Une interface simple d’utilisation qui permet de retrouver rapidement l’intégralité des réservations et leur provenance

CONS

Logiciel parfois un peu trop compliqué quand on recherche une réservation spécifique, mais dans l’ensemble s’apprend vite.

Works well, but expensive compared to other options

PROS

It worked pretty well while we used it. There were lots of options, and it alright in use. The calendar was useful. Was also nice that the direct booking was options were managed on the same extranet.

CONS

Was a bit dated looking. Also, most instructions were only available in French, since it is a French product. Most of all, it was really expensive compared to many modern options. Charged per connection, and per booking. As if OTA commissions weren't enough to pay for, we had to pay to use the connect the OTA.
