"SMS function is great; it can improve by allowing templates to send at different times, not a single time (like 10 am for SMS departure template; 1 pm for SMS check-in template)."

"Sirvoy has many features that are very helpful for a vacation rental, including the ability to offer different rates on different booking platforms, allowing hotels to offer better prices on their websites and save on commissions"

"All our rooms are displayed well, and it's good that it can be integrated in our own website."

"Ability to retain a % cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation (instead of having to manually adjust the refund, which is why I haven't enable the client portal."

"On that same note, bookings made by the front desk after the online booking cut off time (10pm) automatically puts the booking for the following evening which is inaccurate and is having to be manually edited after the fact"
