They are so dependable. I trust them to keep our candidate personal data safe. They are so thorough in their searches, and I feel like the tool is super intuitive and easy to pick up and learn. We have only needed to use customer support a few times, but each time has been a very pleasant experience; their team is speedy, respectful, and super knowledgable. Their entire background check process is so easy for our internal team to initiate and manage, and also very quick and painless for our new hires. Cons: The only thing that I could possibly say about Checkr that counts as an area of improvement is that their international background checks can take up to two weeks or more. The system integrates with our HRIS, allowing us easy access to requesting the background check directly from Recruiting. The cost is comparable to other platforms, and the customer service is quick. Cons: Checkr has so many positive qualities - the only thing that I wish was different would be to have a dedicated account manager with a phone number or email to contact.
