Aspect helps us maximize utilization and minimize cost and allows us to offer schedule flexibility, maintaining agent satisfaction.

I like the ability to use the forecasting module for Budget and staff forecasts. The ability to multi skill and see staffing numbers is impactful to my business.

Staffing and scheduling and that we have this integrated throughout. The fact that we can run all our contacts through the system is a great feature.

It is easy to use I love it. I can take shifts and give away shifts on it, see my schedule and edit my schedule all in the one program.

I like the customer support they are very helpful and attentive, most are fairly knowledgeable. They also have great scheduling and request options for our agents to be able to manage their own lives.

Permissions are clunky, it's a little difficult to get setup and going.

I would say these three things that I like most about the software: ease of use, ability to pull data to excel, and finally the ability to tell the story through data.

Overall, the application is very useful for the organization.

This software has made life so much easier at work, reduces costs and makes me aware of what is outstanding to be done.

Easy to manipulate schedules and functions like other core programs i.e. outlook. Empower for agents is easily understandable and easy to navigate.

It is fully featured but is no longer as strong as when they acquired TCS management.

Love the new Multi-Channel features that were rolled out with version 18.

The ability to set everything up from a scratch is great, you're able to set the FTEs at ease with its included calculator and have the team request what days they'll like to have off and so on.

The system has limited flexibility and usually slows down or lags behind when large amount of information are being generated when running reports.

The product as so many great features as the Forecasting piece is outstanding, creating schedules, managing intraday, manage shrinkage, and tracking performance.

Business has struggled with forecasting accuracy. System integrated with Genesys via Gplus adapter.

The forecasting feature does not work well in our environment.

Its so easy to use, its a tool that make it easy and quicky, you can make and if it is necessary you can  make it again correctly.

APM -  I am frustrated with the interface with workforce, specifically, the supervisor hierarchy does not have history.

Its a great software to help with workforce planning and schedule management.

The versatility and ease of use of the product, the service that I receive from the help desk, employees are super friendly.

Out of the box the software is easy to understand and pretty straight forward.

Some times we have problemas to open some of the task that this tool , and when we see the reports theres no info about it.

Sometimes we have problems with synchronization, the application on the phone does not synchronize and the time is calculated poorly.

The integration with QuickBooks and ADP is nice as well.

The ease of use is amazing, love the app for my crew, GPS tracking is awesome, and it makes my job easier to manage crew time.

They also have great customer service. Felicia did an amazing job taking care of my concern.

Software is very easy to use and user friendly with help of video tutorial provided within the platform and it is i can say one of best GPS and time tracking software.

I am saving time on processing payroll and support has been awesome on helping me learn the program and work through all the kninks.

Overall, I was happy with the system. It allowed us to gain control and have visibility over when and where people were clocking in and out, which previously had not been monitored or controlled.

So far I am enjoying using ClockShark. I like the feature of tracking employees and again the ease of the schedule.

Customer service has been amazing, helping with set-up to every day questions.

Also like the budgeted hours, as we get notified when close t our budget on a particular job. The geo fence is great also.

Best feature is the customer service. They are very responsive and care about the company.

The layout is easy and intuitive. The ability to be mobile is fantastic.

Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.

There have also been times when an employee clocks in or out on their mobile app and it doesn't sync with the program. Most of the time this happens in locations with poor cell or internet service.

The gps tracking feature is great when you have an employee out in the field who has mechanical issues...he/she can be easily tracked to quickly receive any help needed.

The reports generated are amazing which helps you give a better insight into your business and makes Payroll day so much more easy.

The greatest quality of the app is the customer service and the flexibility the app provides to both the company and the employees.

Again, we chose it for it's ease of use and ability to interface with our software. THANKS TO CSR for helping me with today's request; well done.

The GPS functionality is the amazing part. Having that combined with an updated time card system is great.

They are polite and on top of things and even check in with us to ensure we are having the best experience possible.
