  • Pros

  • I like the ability to use the forecasting module for Budget and staff forecasts. The ability to multi skill and see staffing numbers is impactful to my business.
  • Staffing and scheduling and that we have this integrated throughout. The fact that we can run all our contacts through the system is a great feature.
  • Cons

  • Customer service need attention and while the customized service option just create confusion when we also pay for training.
  • Permissions are clunky, it's a little difficult to get setup and going.

  • Best GUI with almost functionality and feature. You can see all your details and generate token.
  • It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.
  • Cons

  • There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.
  • The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.
