I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.

I would rather have it show up in pending so Incan then submit it. Otherwise I’ll have to toggle between pending and submitted time sheets.

The interface is intuitive, the price is affordable, the management is comprehensive, the structure is robust.

Geotagging is also such a benefit when it comes to seeing where time entries were performed.

I know now your product integrates with Quickbooks. Before I knew this, this was problematic.

Very easy to work with as admin and employee. My employees loves working on Tinq self explanatory and user friendly.

I like that it updates immediately and you can run reports up to date.

Reporting feature, customer service always being available, easy/fast to clock in/out, mobile ability.

But the features and support were what made the decision easy. When I took over as I.T. Manager at my current position, I was again tasked with finding a timeclock solution.

Convenient to open and close out with active tracking. Good way to have your task items tracked by a supervisor or yourself.

Accessibility with with disabilities Functionality is missing2. Eye Catching User Interface is missing3.

What I like the most that you don’t require a long passcode to get clocked in and it’s very efficient because it does ask for a quick selfie before and after you clock in and out.

It’s very great it makes time tracking so easy and hardly any time adjustments.

The functionality of the application is intuitive. A great way to track your time for yourself and or employees.

We utilize the time tracking and report functions for payroll which is helpful to show the employees if they have questions. I have also had great customer service/support experiences with Tinq.

Easy to use, beautiful interface, Good customer service.

Occasional technical glitches or connectivity issues can disrupt the clock-in/clock-out process, which can be frustrating for both employees and employers.
