  • Pros

  • It has been a growing and learning curve for our corporation. I am not on it often in my position, but when I am it's an excellent tool.
  • The entire team has exceeded our expectations. You can tell that each person enjoys the work they do and cares for the success of their customers.
  • Cons

  • The search capability is some of the worse I've seen. It does not come up with relevant candidates at all when I am searching by keywords...and don't even try to search by location.
  • Also, there's a weird issue with responding to text messages to a candidate in Cura if the initial sent message from the candidate is over the allotted 160 characters.

  • It’s nice that it’s web based so there isn’t much involved in getting people suing it. The user end is pretty easy to use.
  • We like all the information/data was shown on the home page. We fill it's a great product for the cost.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes editing the segments when missing clocking in or out can be confusing.
  • There are times when employees have trouble punching out due to the sensitivity. This can be changed but they still have issues at times.
