  • Pros

  • Inputting new employees is very easy, inputting time on the rapid entry sheet is great especially since the last major overall of the website.
  • The product is easy to use, has helpful guides and videos and an excellent customer support team to provide assistance and answer all your questions.
  • Cons

  • I dislike having to begin a pay period before I can add or modify employee information.
  • If an employee is not set up on self service it is difficult to retrieve their pay stubs.

  • Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.
  • I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.
  • Cons

  • THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.
  • Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.
