I dislike having to begin a pay period before I can add or modify employee information.

If an employee is not set up on self service it is difficult to retrieve their pay stubs.

It has always been an easy experience with powerpay and that that  they  are there to help if you need it.

Inputting new employees is very easy, inputting time on the rapid entry sheet is great especially since the last major overall of the website.

Overall I love Powerpay - so much so that all 4 organizations I process payroll for are now on this system.

The product is easy to use, has helpful guides and videos and an excellent customer support team to provide assistance and answer all your questions.

I don't like the fact that I do not have access to the employees' paystubs unless I go into the system as the user.

I don't think there is anything I can pinpoint that I don't like.

I like how clean the software looks. Powerpay is user-friendly and very easy to navigate.

All customer service advisors that I have spoken to have all been very helpful and knowledgable and provided excellent guidance and advise.

The reporting process is awesome. Very easy to gain all the information needed on a monthly basis.

We applied for the cews subsidy, and didnt know how we could call employees back, while helping payback some losses for some employees.

Power Pay is user friendly I Like payroll reports it provides easy access to register to print or download. Data entry tracking is great.

I like the ability to have the benefit deduction to come off only the first pay run and having the permanent values. I have been able to do some customizing to make the reporting better for my needs.

Import feeds created to optimize entry and remove rapid entry. Automated some of the earnings code features.

I find the information updates on the home page are good. I have found that, when I need assistance with anything, the support by telephone is excellent.

This improved efficiencies. Having the ability to access our whole payroll system remotely has been a great asset.

The customer service team is just amazing, very friendly and help with any and all questions I have had. We moved forward with Self Service this year and that has been great.

Adjusting the payroll register layout. Inability to send a direct email within the payroll program.

The software can be learned quickly. The software's ease of use coupled with the robust customer support will make for a successful outcome.

Easy to find what you are looking for. Easy to use the applications and great resources to use withi the application.

This is a very economical, time-saving solution to payroll for our small non-profit organization.

The ability to have all transactions automated. I do not need to manual transfer payroll funds, tax remittances, or pension contributions.

I like the features of being able to do rapid entry or detailed entry depending on what I need to enter for payroll. I like that the reports are easily accessible within a day of entering the payroll.

Powerpay let's me process my payroll quickly and effectively, and allows for seamless report integration with my accounting software.

Frustrating that you can't access employee records without opening a pay period.

Overall this is a very good program. It is inexpensive and reliable.

Dislike I cannot save a new hire or Roe without filling it out in full. I needed to answer a customer and lost my enter and had to restart again.

I cannot express how impressed I am by the Ceredian software and its support staff. The software is easy to use and if there is any question at all, the support staff are extremely helpful.

Our company switched platforms from Zenefits to Paycom and I've been extremely dissatisfied with the new program.

THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

Paycom pays their sales team and integrations people based on the success of the company they are selling to.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

This is probably the best single-use/integrated HR-related platform that I have used, especially regarding how far-encompassing it is.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.
