Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- Makes it a powerful way to align an organization with multiple teams. The weekly reflection part is super useful and the ability to constantly score our progress.
- API connectors linking all BI tool data to inform dashboard analytics, simple to buy, implement, set up and share across enterprise.
Cons
- Still, we miss some customization features that are unique to our processes and cadence.
- I wouldn't necessarily recommend this change, as the value is there. It's just a particular pain point for us at enterprise scale.
