G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.

I love have the G Suite since my domain name is my business name which makes it more professional and official. It's a good email platform and I'm happy with it.

Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.

Great! i love the functionality. Not only is this software useful for business operation but for personal use as well.

I LOVE that I can access my files and edit them almost seamlessly on any device that I have Google drive downloaded on. Not having to lug around my work laptop just to access my files is so nice.

Like most of Google's offerings,  Google Workspace is pretty easy to use. Particularly if you have any experience with GMail, you will LOVE this product.

Google drive makes it really easy to store, organize and sift through all types of content. Google Meet is one of the best video-conferencing solutions out there - very fast to set up, good quality.

This is a user friendly web based application with a nice layout relatively easy to use that can be navigated fairly easily.

Integration with our HR management system which allows easy migration of data and a daily sync between both system keeps the data updated. Providing different levels of assigning admin rights.

I dislike that an employee cannot see their rota for 12 months, they have to go in and view each month.

The best part of WorkCompass is the way that it automates alerts in relation to the milestones that you set. It has an easy to use interface and is very reliable.

As well as that HR had absolutely no data on performance. We looked at 5 systems before decided to go for WorkCompass.

The email reminder notifications is helpful in tracking progress. I like being able to print the document.

Inadequacy to warn the user in case of an error for example if there more than two plans for an individual.

The interface is very uncomfortable. The comments box on the right are tiny and difficult to work with.

The way it guides me to have effective employee reviews and the customer services was quick and on the spot when I needed it.

When we need to do changes it is not very flexible and many times we need to go to the administrator to do changes. The dates has no possibilities to be updated (it is just on time or late).
