Keka for a bad experience for our company. Would not recommend it to anyone.

It is overall a very good experience and I find it very user friendly.

Overall I satisfied with Keka because everything covers in one plateform.

Keka covered so much ground in Human resource - both recruitment and generalist, they're top 99% for response rate and usability. And the name - well deserved and justified.

There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.

The worst software and even worse customer care.

It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.

The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

So many options for compression. It's nice to go into the advanced settings and customize nearly every aspect of compression.

And if you contact the customer service for help, they don't know how to help you.

This is very simple to use. Tax calculator is superb.

Recruitment - The two problems I face with Keka hire is not having the option of sending trigger emails which are customized for each stages of the hiring process.

Keka is Good and Affordable Software for HR activities.

I first of all found the UI of software very clumsy, it is very clear no doubt , but it is very populated and use of animal characters in UI like elephant in leave management seems very childish.

With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka.

Overall experience is awesome to use it. Every organization can use this to manage their employee data and other management tools by just one portal.

We depend on it almost every day. Oh, and also, their isopod logo/icon is pretty great too.

Gives breakdown and calculation logic behind tax calculation. Easy interface to input investment declarations.

Can be integrated with other 3rd party software to sync logs of the time.

Finally a product which kept itself apart from boring, complex stereotypes.

Keka is a must use HR software for every company. The payroll system in it is amazing as tax deductions and calculations have been made easy.

Customization is good; it allows you to meet your company's and its users' needs. In this case, KEKA provides software we can customize to fit our current needs.

Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.

Keka has some features missing such as workflow management system and files management system.

Our cloud storage at box.com is limited to files under 5gb. Because we often have InDesign source files larger than this, we have to split the archives in order to store them in the cloud.

No self serve set up and onboarding is extremely time consuming. Further there's no way to use parts of the product before wider rollout.

I am pleased with my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my team members.

No way to use a subset of features. Onboarding requires filling 25 sheets even if you are looking to use a subset of features.

Leave management is awesome. The tax and payroll module is also nice and integration with clear tax is great.

Keka makes this super easy and is very reliable with great 7zip compression among other multi-part file splitting formats.

Integration of the software is easy; all of the employees can use it immediately.

It is packed with useful features like leave and attendance tracking, online 201 file management, employee data bulk upload, and asset tracking. The leave tracking is very useful in our workplace.

Sprout offers good features that are beneficial for a company in terms of attendance, payroll, and other HR related needs– I like how we can find all these features in one platform.

Creating a new employee profile and bulk upload function sometimes do not work. There is no calendar view or summary to see who is out of the office or who has filed a leave.

I like this application for hr payroll system. You can easily pull out your records and payslip on the go.

Easy to use and it's friendly user most of my  colleagues had a good experience using the software.

Sometimes we encounter error but it's manageable.

Filing RDOTs it is confusing as I had to file schedule adjustment, why not just place an option for Rest day OT on the OT page.

It is easy to maneuver for beginners. The My Stuff and Attendance Summary widget are really helpful so that I will further explore the site just to find these important info.

For me this tool is good and really easy to use. I would recommend this to other cause it was user friendly and so many features.

Login issues is one of the primary error we are encountering,  it doesn't accept known password, and it takes time to reset the password.

I have difficulties with the schedule of adjustments. It hard for me to create one cause every time I did It always give me missing log I think I need to familiarize it.

Good for maintaining paperless database since everything that you need is here. Convenient way of sending leave requests.
