  • Pros

  • Best GUI with almost functionality and feature. You can see all your details and generate token.
  • It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.
  • Cons

  • There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.
  • The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

  • I love that candidates cannot see the questions before hand so you are getting real time responses.
  • I really like that I get a better sense of who these candidates are based on their video responses to questions.
  • Cons

  • It is a lot of management to continuously look at all the videos and reset the terrible ones, and then asking them to redo it.
  • I would rather say, we should have a more user online feature if less licenses is available. When I need to work on system and Im inactive to allow another it is a problem on time constraint.
