Our company switched platforms from Zenefits to Paycom and I've been extremely dissatisfied with the new program.

THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

Paycom is a powerful yet very easy-to-use software. Their customer service is THE BEST.

Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.

It was a way to integrate our HR experience and it's done that job effectively.

Better than paper checks and no web archive, but improving the intuitiveness Of it would be great.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

I love how it’s super friendly user. We only have to explain once to the new employees.

Paycom pays their sales team and integrations people based on the success of the company they are selling to.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

This is probably the best single-use/integrated HR-related platform that I have used, especially regarding how far-encompassing it is.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.

My experience is only positive. The only thing I see a problem for use in a university environment in our country is its higher price.

I like the possibility to go back to the examen taken by the student at any time, so we can go through the whole exam with the student.

TERRIBLE after the update, confusing, the folders and questions are arranged in no order. Difficult to find questionnaires and questions.

What I like most is that it corrects and marks students’ performances quickly.

Easy to use, customization, features, customer support.

AWFUL after, no assistance, skyrocketing prices, confusing update. They managed to make something that worked.

This company does NOT respond to communications. We have paid them for at least 8 years and when the site is down, which happens every few months, there is no communication from them whatsoever.

We keep having to issue refunds to customers. It is difficult to get our questions off the system.

I liked that it had the exam features we needed (not all but the essentials).

At first we were unsure if QuestBase would genuinely work.

I miss a whiteboard so students  can draw the answer or you can use graphs in the test.

We have been using this application since 2016, and the overall (ease of use) from the user feedbacks are very positive.

It is easy to track and test the progress of living pupils during distance learning.

No flexibility on export / import. Question types are limited.

What I liked the most was the clarity of the outputs and the speed of their processing.

Liked having one platform for the quiz, results and distribution of certificates to students.

After purchasing Questbas 2+ years ago, our services improve significantly because customers love the service we provide through Questbase.

Things with Questbase had been decent until about two weeks ago when emails stopped working. Meaning, when students take and pass the quiz, they are not receiving the certificate in their email.
