I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

What I liked most about Snagajob is, its different from other job sites. Its something new to look at.

I love the fact that we are driving towards being paperless because of snag. User friendly software for hourly employees.

My only small complaint about Snag is really the lack of a variety of jobs that are outside of the retail industry.

You really can not do anything unless you pay for it.

Well i like most about this software and any when it comes to job searching, is the concept of making the search easier. Which the use of this software did make searching easy.

The only complaint is the site can be slow sometimes.

We have been plagued with errors, having people set up positions incorrectly and not responding to issues in a timely manner.

We love the ease of use of the PeopleMatter platform. We also find that they have excellent customer support.

Some of the candidates have trouble getting everything filled out. They seem to miss something.

It is also 10x less the cost of our previous software and once you get a hang of it so easy! the fact that you can update your job postings with the click of a button and post and unpost is great.

Some applicants would are less tech savvy struggle to apply.

I have some applicants complain about the length of the application and the number of advertisements they see.

Initially, we liked the idea of a hire's information flowing directly into their paperwork, presenting tax opportunities, and rating them as as red/yellow green.
