  • Pros

  • I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.
  • This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.
  • Cons

  • That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.
  • I really dislike the amount of redundant features advertised as individual separate features. It was frustrating to say the least.

  • The dashboard function is clear and gives a strong departmental over-view of currently planned leave. The ability to define dependency groups allows us to manage resource more effectively.
  • We are using just the Leave Requests portion so our teams can know who is off and when without having to review an email chain. It is working well and providing the visibility we were looking for.
  • Cons

  • This makes it very frustrating to use the tool whilst on the go. The 'manage my staff' function is difficult and clunky to utilise and isn't very clear.
  • Example submitting a sick day for an employee you manage is easy, but submitting vacation time for them on their behalf is very complicated.
