When we looked at our subscription, it was not in USD. We asked if it could be changed to USD and we were told to cancel and then given a URL to resubscribe to make the subscription be in USD.

The free plan is very generous compared to other tools with unlimited subscribers and a free API.

For the past 2-3 years of using Instatus, I've loved the updates. Such as the move from listed components to really customizable ones.

I've been using Instatus for a few months for my status page after switching from Statuspage. It's super quick to setup with an easy to use UI to manage/create your status page.

We have absolutely loved Instatus from the day we implemented it. It is fast, has a great user interface and experience, and is fairly cheap.

I found the onboarding experience extremely smooth and easy to get started. Amazed by how easy it was to get up and running.

While I get that they need to make money, it is a small bit of an inconvenience.

In general, the free plan includes a variety of features and customization choices. The support team is outstanding and replies promptly.

So far it's been poor; Apart from the poor support, the system has been a little unintuitive (finding where to add users, how to view your subscription).

Handle incident perfectly. Good notification system.

Not only the status pages look super clean and can be customized in design, layout and functions as desired.

I'm super impressed with the customizability of everything and am confident we'll be able to configure whatever we need as we grow.

Instatus is cost effective, looks great, and is fast to set up. When other status software is $100/mo+, Instatus makes it affordable to keep your users updated.

Instatus as a product is absolutely wonderful. They have exceptional UI, they are extremely cheap, and they have great customer support.

Instatus makes it simple to create a status page for your website. On the free account, we can additionally include HTML and CSS which is a great feature for customization.

The different pages are hard to navigate between. There are hundreds of reporting options but most seem to be useless from a recruiting standpoint.

The ease of use and the ease of locating the information.

Sometimes when I am reporting my hours, the end date will disappear randomly. This isn't a huge problem but a mild annoyance.

Workday allows you to see and make changes to your employee benefits quickly and easily. It's nice that you can access all of this information without contacting human resources.

The layout and accessibility is superb. Nice flow to the pages, very logically created software.

What I like the most about Workday Recruiting is how nicely it's sometimes integrated into the careers page of most hospitals.

Workday I am so glad it is becoming a lot more common in the industry and I love the convenience that the product provides to the consumer.

If for some reason I forgot my login credentials, I had to move through my company's HR which was actually a pain instead of just resetting from the workday website.

Scheduled maintenance is a inconvenience. Building reports can be extremely difficult.

You can also see how much your benefits are costing you and make changes to them in the event of a life change.

So far I have seen a training video and have barely used the product but it looks like it works seamlessly and great.

I like all capabilities of this software. From managing payroll, attendance - guaranteed helpful.

I am happy to use Workday versus the other system. I always had questions and was contacting customer support more than I would have liked.

Also for the feedback section is confusing because you don't know if the manager of this person will see the feedback or not if you submit this directly in there.

I like this software as I can use it for my work and access my benefits and all that I need for a better life.

Workday has poor usability and user experience. Features are not as intuitive or easy-to-use as other human resource software, such as Namely.

I like how the main page with show the current cost of your monthly benefits. It's also easy to add dependents or beneficiaries and make changes.

I enjoy using workday and would recommend it to anyone interested in starting out with it.

There were times I got a little lost with the system and its ways, however I feel it was more about my issues and not the softwares.

The 'Workday Community' is an interesting idea & good way for companies with various levels of experience with the product to connect on ideas/problem solve.
