  • Pros

  • We have received multiple reviews on each platform as well. This is a great tool to gauge how your customers view your customer service, which is so important for customer retention.
  • Professional, Staff very friendly and easy to work with, easy to use and navigate, they responds quickly if you need help or have question.
  • Cons

  • Not sure if anything but give me some more time with the product and I will know more.
  • There's nothing really that I don't like. It serves the purpose for our customers, integrates with the agency management platforms.

  • Easy to use and integrates with Epic. It helps us review the current way we are doing things to make it an easier more efficient process.
  • I love the ability to send an application to a client that is tailored to their organization. It is great to be able to make certain questions required.
  • Cons

  • At first it was confusing to navigate the site.
  • There was not a lot of training when it was first implemented. Therefore, the first two months was just trail and error.
