  • Pros

  • I like how intuitive the product is to use, and I love that it allows me to see my benefits and documents that pertain to each different benefit, even though they're all through different companies.
  • I have heard from our boss how much better the pricing is as well.
  • Cons

  • It's not user friendly, employee's struggle to navigate.
  • Also, limited integrations with other carriers. This requires us to do a lot of work on the back end for our clients.

  • It is very user friendly, easy to pick up on how to use it and manage the agency within it. Another pro I like about it, is you can input Prospects as opposed to every input being a Customer.
  • What I like most about IMS is that it allows customizable organization. Xanatek has also done well to integrate this software into other programs.
  • Cons

  • Technology is a necessary evil in our industry.
  • The only thing I dislike about it, are the error messages that we get when we drag and drop an email from Outlook into Xanatek but that isn't on Xanatek - it's Outlook.
