I loved the one time, upfront purchase and ability to use it on all of our office computers for that single fee.

It makes communication with the team seamless. It also helps set priorities of which room/patient to see next.

When everybody is getting the same messages that may or may not apply to most of them, it might feel a little annoyingly repetitive.

It works great for our pediatric dental office.

Great that the front office doesn’t need to leave their desk to come to the back.

I will figure it out one time, then forget how to do it by the next time.

I think it was a little difficult to send notifications to specific target groups of the office.

I appreciate the simplicity of application that this software provides. It provides a way to quickly communicate across an office of many doctors, techs, and office personnel.

Very straightforward and interface is very user friendly. Staff caught on very quickly with using software.

We've improved our ability to connect in the workplace without meeting in person or picking up the phone, thanks to BlueNote Communicator.

We also love that each person can use a unique sound, which can be turned off or on. Works well and keep team communication seamless.

We shave also found the communicator to be an important timesaver, saving trips from front office  to back office for simple questions. We are a much more efficient practice thanks to Bluenote.

Ease of use and implementing to each computer in the office.

Before Blue Note there was so much calling for each other, walking around to find each other for a patient check and now, all is quiet, all is so much more efficient and all is quiet.

The customization of the product and the low fee. The costumer service is also wonderful.

I am using the original software since 2010. It is still available but no more updates.

On top of that it has features that allow you to analyze workflows and time-management. Cost is very reasonable and there is no per workstation licensing.

Emails between staff are cut down dramatically, as rather than emailing a colleague I can just tag or message them.

It's also a very visually appealing software, with simple icons and logos that clearly communicate their purpose.

This is something that I miss from Zendesk, when we could separate our quick responses (aka macros) into different folders/categories.

Full history that is default on all other mail clients on Missive you have to pay. If you have a team with 3 members, you need to pay 45 MONTHLY just to have access to your all emails.

Hats off to the Missive. They are very responsive,  add features regularly, and fix bugs quickly.

The lads are excellent with their onboarding and support. I have no idea how such a little team does so much at such a high level - it is truly inspirational.

Customer support ist extremely quick and helpful and all in all it was relatively easy to setup our processes.

The platform looks great and it is easy to use. Now with our team inboxes and rules for automatization we saved not just a time but we finally organized our mails.

Missive is a really great alternative to other outreach solutions  and also a more cost effective one as well. Really like the UX and its a well-thought out product with a wonderful support team.

I love the integration with another apps and chat option.

They have tons of integrations and the team is very responsive. The price is on the expensive side but you get a lot for what you pay for.

App does everything the web app also does. Chat function is also good considering it's included in the price and I like the integration with Todoist.

Because of the fact that we were integrate other platforms into our Missive use we would sometimes run into troubles if one platform upgraded and the functionality stopped between the two.

The Best Inbox Management Tool, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE.

They pack a ton of incredibly useful features into a super clean, easy to use UI. They also have a ton of power features like keyboard shortcuts and rules that help me keep my inbox sane.

Makes it easier for all parties. Customer support: quicker support response time I've ever experienced.

I also enjoyed the ability to edit another user's draft email in real-time as they are also working on it.

Beautifully done, highly functional, versatile, highly recommended.

This is by far the best designed, fully features and we built email app around. Ideal if you have a team, but perfect for freelances or anyone regularly dealing with mail.

We were searching for an email management solution and found Missive. Gave it a try and the service is great, it connects to zapier which is huge, and we can easily communicate in emails and chat.

The product is extremely easy to use and cuts down on all of the wasteful overcommunications to customers and co-workers.

The integrations so far seem to work seamlessly, and I love how customizable the platform is. It's also great that I can jump from my computer to my phone, and I still have all the capabilities there.

We switched to Missive from a competitor because the apps are elegant and the price is right. We use email all day every day, so the user experience is important.

Once you use Missive, you'll see what you're missing without it.

I also don't like how only the owner of the account can do certain things. As an administrator I hate to have to bother the owner of the company every time I need to add a new alias.

Super effective way to juggle emails, discussions plus external integrated systems. Has a lot of functionality itself to handle multiple, team & external email accounts.

It’s much better than Zendesk for the workflow and the fact that Missive doesn’t break all the time (like it happened to us on Zendesk back then, before we switched).

Whis this software you can not only handle your customer emails but you private emails can be managed as well and at the very same place. No switching software anymore for different email needs.

Brings team discussion into email threads, keeping the emails separate. Integration with other systems is fabulous, eg Trello & Knack.

This software has a very nice design, works without any flaws, is very responsive/fast, and has a very affordable price. Cheaper than ANY comparable tool I found so far.

All I have to do is open my Gmail interface and try to work from there to realize that I would be lost without Missive.
