So far I have found Blink a good app and a lot  better than apps I’ve used previously it has everything I need to keep me fully informed.

Announcements CAN look pretty good if shared graphically.

Ease of use and the ability to get information out as often as needed and the reach that it provides. Staff can access and consume at a time that suits them.

This product is easy to use and feel like a part of a community in the company.

Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together.

First class customer service. The Blink support team are always there to help me with API integration.

It is a great tool for keeping in touch with colleagues and the company whist being on Furlough.

The ease of communicating with both groups and individuals immediately, getting responses and reaction as well as being able to deal with any issues the minute they arise and offer immediate feedback.

This product is very easy to use, there are many similarities to certain social medial platforms which makes the users feel at ease when using it.

Our EPG is linked (via API) and it's a great way to get good automated snap shots awhile on the move... even alerts.

Due to the ease of use we use it regularly to bring small/ad hoc project teams together in order to share documentation and messaging.

Ability to share and communicate with all employees or with individual teams. Quick and helpful responses from Blink staff/developers -- willingness to go above and beyond to meet our company's needs.

I am not sure if many others within my organization use the Chats feature since there are already so many other tools and applications that provide that functionality for us.

A user friendly platform for our multi national team.

It is easy  to use and is a very effective way of communicating with the wider office team, tracking various projects.

Simple IM app and the newsfeed like appearance of the home page. Some limited integrations, calendar works well.

However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.

While I’ve been on furlough Blink has been a godsend. It keeps me up to date on all news from my colleagues who are still working.

Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.

We had teething issues to start regarding invites, where someone will try to join but will be stuck in an endless loop.

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.

The team at Blink are always quick to respond, listen to feedback and suggestions for future features. Integration with some business applications have been useful for daily updates.

Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs.

Fine for communications, lacking in other features.

We're still playing around with the features but so far after less than a month we are happy with what we are working with.

I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

When there isn’t clear-cut communication, assumptions run wild and morph into rumors or beliefs, which are often exaggerated or false.

We've found the chat functionality is particularly useful and has cut down our email traffic significantly. It's a great way to get quick information out to the right people, at the right time.

Quick standup, good functionality and easy to use one you find the area your looking for. Very flexible and well thought out.

We’re able to move into a paperless environment, increase transparency and access to information and streamline some of our processes.

The group was absolutely great. We had a quick stand up time period (30days) and they were on top of everything.

The Infocapture module is great for getting rid of complicated Excel sheets that are emailed back and forth. Overall, it's an amazing product at a reasonable price.

From a personal point of view the UX is great so can't fault it really. Customer service has always gone above and beyond.

For us, inter-app alerts are difficult to follow.

We use Claromentis as our central communication and collaboration tool to allow our employees from across the country, both office-based and remote workers, to remain in contact on the go.

In attempts to de-clutter, the interface can make it difficult to find needed documents.

This makes it difficult to keep on track of communication happening within the different apps which make up Claromentis.

Unfortunately, the Claromentis platform makes for a messy and poor UI. It is not simple to configure and update.

Excellent customer service, great fast software with a lot of built-in functionality to allow you to get the site quickly and efficiently.

Our version is outdated so that may be why we have some negative feelings towards this platform.

What we liked most about this software was the ease **and the speed** with which we were able to implement it and get our first workflows online.

The flexibility of the tool is probably its greatest asset.

Really excellent combination of features and tools.

At the end of the day the system does what we want it to do - communicate internally to all staff and stakeholders across the business. Customer support has always been excellent.

The support given by Claromentis is excellent and they are very receptive to feedback and requests for help and advice.

Its an excellent communications platform that is easy to customise and update. Why try and build it yourself when its ready now, off the shelf.

The flexibility and ease of use is fantastic and you don't need to be a programmer to create extensive and complex workflows for all areas of the business.
