  • Pros

  • My experience (Less than 1 year) lets me honestly say the support team is incredibly helpful (and they are super responsive) when I have a question and I know how to ask it.
  • The amazing customer support we got from their team. For every query they tried to help us work on it and understood our use cases perfectly.
  • Overall we've been extremely satisfied with the results of our implementation. The Support team is highly responsive and our associates were very pleased with our new site.
  • Cons

  • I'm actually quite terrified to even look at the back end sometimes for fear I will do something irreparable. If you have a team of administrators, or available designers/IT, I say go for it.
  • The language module is the worst part of the software. We had to spend days of work doing proper translations form English to Dutch.
  • It can be difficult to write articles, having to import images and format content can take a considerable amount of time and effort.

  • Very pleasant interaction, very pleasant delivery and support, and overall a solid team of individuals committed to client/partner success.
  • Great to see best practices within our organisation and the speed in which we adopt and execute tools and best practices across our estate.
  • Therefor employees of Speakap are helping with the actual onboarding, the customizing of the app and helping with a strategy for content. Speakap is easy to use and the service is excellent.

  • Sometimes The sofware crash of shows a empty screen. But It could be also a problem with my cellphone.
  • Speakap is not a documentmanagement system and the search function does not work optimally.
  • I miss the option for live video. To manage in advance what the possibilities areideo.
