The best feature of the 3PL Warehouse Manager that I like is its ease of use.

Attaching documents to transactions is a great feature and eliminates our need to save file cabinets full of receiving paperwork. Upgrades being included is about the best you can ask for.

Working with 3p has been nothing but the best. Yes, 3pl might take longer than usual to respond to certain inquiries but lets be realistic here, we as humans can only do so much in a day.

It can be difficult to work with on various levels of management. Meaning that it can sometimes be difficult to correspond with other management systems.

I looked everywhere for software like 3PL Central for our Forwarder WMS Solutions, but not even we found what we are looking for, but it was perfect for our WMS operations.

The billing module is really confusing. For my cocept this application is made for small organizational structures.

I use 3pl all day everyday. Love the help I get from all agents over there.

The customer service has been very responsive to our needs. They've been excellent at listening to our requests and promptly modifying the system.

Extremely frustrating to deal with lack basic features.

The product is easy to use and the support is quite good. Good functions and great for basic needs as well.

You see your suggestions in future updates. If they have a feature you need and they don't have they have great API's so you can extended the software to met your needs.

We also have a lot of custom development and API integration and 3PL Central has excellent documentation for our developers.

The older version sometimes struggled with large customers. The new product doesn't have this issue.

Stock control is the most impactful and helpful.

Automation seems to work well, and plays nice with BigCommerce.

We have used Brightpearl for nearly four years now. It was probably more than we needed initially but we decided it was worth the investment to carry us through early business growth.

Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.

We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Immensely frustrating when  the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.

It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements.

I hope as brightpearl expands it can keep true to it's roots of supporting small businesses with a system that would normally only be available to big business with big budgets.

Overall, Brightpearl did not meet its promises. After just 6 months, we made a decision to start looking elsewhere and abandon the tremendous investment we had made in Brightpearl.

The help guides and YouTube videos are great and the set-up is very user friendly. Compared to the alternatives on the market, I can't recommend this highly enough.

The team have always been helpful and friendly and have felt like we had a partner in software as opposed to some large faceless organisation.
