Helps keep track of assets and important things like maintenance and such. Support from Hardcat is excellent and, in the end, that's what it comes down to. Cons: User interface is not the most modern but still very usable. Web client is a bit better than the fat client but still could use some UI analysis. Easy to digest what you are looking at on screen when in an asset. Cons: Crashes whenever you change network (undocking my laptop). Crashes is the computer goes to sleep - particularly problematic when doing large imports Slow to navigate, particularly when working remotely. Standalone - doesn't integrate easily with other systems.
