The uploading of orders is a pain, but pain is temporary.

It is logically set up allows for the highest efficiency. The ability to easily manage contracts,  and even print bar codes,  is  so ingenious.

Strong inventory management and purchasing tool with accounting software integration.

Sometimes it rejects the order of a certain item because maybe the wrong UOM was entered and it doesn't auto-correct itself.

It is fairly easy to use, most vendors are easily added, I like how items can be saved in the cart even after closing the program and customer service is prompt and helpful.

We love the cost control of the software, the integration with the vendors, the ease of ordering, and the integration with our accounting software to eliminate double entry.

Hybrent has made a huge impact in ordering and cost savings.

Not real flexible to do a lot of options. Very limited on the accounting side.
