The order/quote functions are very easy to use. The customer service and training options are above and beyond helpful. I would recommend the training to everyone who uses this system if they haven't taken in. The facilitators were very helpful and opened my eyes to parts of Red Falcon I was not using prior to training.

For me it would be nice to have a stock check feature in the pending orders area. It is not a con but as a very small company, we do not use the online ordering windows with our customers, so much of that system is not utilized on our end.

Overall good but I preferred when we had a dealer advisor for service and not a call in desk that routes calls. But when I do get with someone, they are generally supportive and helpful.

Manages inventory and order processing. Easy to use.

Too many clicks to get what you need. The same information could be on one screen or a click within a screen.

Red Falcon has been very a reliable software and has enabled me to run my business very efficiently.

The integration with my wholesaler makes order processing simple.

Manual order entry and adding items to an e-commerce order needs to improve.

Over all great program - just needs to be managed way better

I do like the ability to do orders and to tie to our website

Biggest problem is the pricing is not updated as they stated and sometimes the mark up a very high and other time maybe only a 2 cent mark up
