Amazing customer service - they always respond quickly.

The concept is good (although they did not invent it). They're site is fairly easy to maneuver.

The customer service is second to none. Where can you get one of the owners of a company call you when you have a problem and walk you through the fix.

From the beginning the SellBrite team has been outstanding. We are a manufacturer of over 3000 products that can be customized during the sale by the customer.

Selling on Jet.com, however Sellbrite has not implemented listing products with them yet. No other cons I can think of.

So it automatically fills in or makes titles, descriptions, etc. I'm still learning this feature, but wow, what I time saver it is already.

If you are familiar with Apple IOS it is very user friendly. Icons and options available are very self explanatory within the app.

Drop down menus can be hard to navigate and custom sorting of a given screen gets lost over time and requires resorting.

My overall experience has been fantastic. Quick to learn, and there's so much to be done with it I feel like I am just getting started.

E-turns is easy to use and works well. I like the historical features.

Every time their is an update,  an error message pops up, and it will be random different errors preventing the user to complete an order. This has been happening while using an Android phone.

The biggest problem with eturns is that the spreadsheets it downloads are almost unusable without heavy modification.

Once you are familiar with the interface the ease of use is great. The ability to use on mobile phone is great and has help us reduce unaccounted for items.

Overall I wish I had this application for the previous warehouse I was in. The company is always looking for ways to innovate and make better an already solid and easy to use tool for my business.
