Easy to use, investors love it, and it is a great and efficient way to communicate with investors and distribute tax information.

Integrates nicely with Appfolio Property Management, so there's very little duplication of work.

The software is easy to use and helps me provide an attractive front-end to my investors. They have a single place to view all of their investments with my firm.

The onboarding process with AIM's team was incredibly easy and efficient. We've also received wonderful feedback from our investors regarding the owner portal.

For us the 2 greatest aspects of the platform are the ability to request features, edits, requests (big or small) and actually see them get implemented. The other is the customer service.

The Investor view is very good and easy to understand for the investor. Good overview with easy drill down.

So, a quick email or phone call resolves the issue in minutes. When there has been trouble it has come from the sister software of AppFolio Property Management.

Easy to use, support is super helpful with a quick response time.

Difficulty in adding Notes as an investment type, though it is possible, its a little more complicated than equity.

I like the immediate support responses. I like how this software is also utilized as an effective CRM.

Love it and it’s easy to use, our investors love it as well.

I find easy to search everything in the top bar, the help center has been of great help during my training and solved every issue in a blink of an eye.

Even worse, our accounting team managed investor reports via Excel reports which were cumbersome, time consuming to create, had errors, and we weren't always sure which was the latest version.

And sometimes a fund invests in a property. Investors in our fund have a more limited view of the property than someone who invests directly in the property.

The customer service is excellent, responsive, and quick to help solve issues or answer questions.

The user interface is intuitive and thus very easy to learn and make changes. Workflows are smooth and we feel like we can trust AIM as our system of record, full stop.

Appfolio customer service is great. This software works directly and integrates with Appfolio Property Manager software, which we have used for 8 years.

In addition to the outstanding customer service that accompanies the software, the software is user-friendly with the functionality we require.

Additionally, the ability to easily create distributions and print checks via Property Manager is a big plus for us. The support team is super friendly and helpful as well.

Our favorite feature is the investor portal which allows us to keep our equity partners up to date on all of our properties.

It is amazing to have a place to safely keep all of our investor information that can then be used to calculate distributions.

The customer service has been outstanding as well. They are always helpful and quick to respond.

Great user support and a very responsive product development team. The platform has robustly boosted our efficiency and streamlined our investor communications.

We were provided with limited information and had to rely on customer service to get through the early stages.

Whenever I have questions I receive thorough answers promptly, which is very helpful.

However, AppFolio has been awesome in listening to reasonable requests which make the product better and hence they roll out new features often. This to me is very valuable.

My firm already uses AppFolio Property Manager, so it was an easy decision to add Investment Management, and the integration is seamless.

Software also allows us to take care of a lot of the back end accounting and tracking for our real estate investment, membership capital, quarterly distributions, as well as communication hub.

It is a great product which helps taking care of tenants and finances. I daily use it and the more I do, the more I like it.

I searched for a lot of investment tracking software and this by far is the the best tool I have found.

This is a feature I greatly miss from Investoscope.

The currency difference is very intelligently handle and even multiple wachlist for selected stocks which I like. Very Good Display Rich experience.

It's very stable and fast and has  options for setup once you know them. Customer support is very good.

The software also enables tracking and recording dividends, return of capital, interests, management fees, taxes, cash inputs, cash withdrawals, etc. which I record for any actual portfolios I create.

StockMarketEye is excellent for Portfolio Management - a very few improvements would be great.

Sometime hard to figure out balancing for historical trades involving reverse splits and splits.

There is no drawing or annotation functions in the charting functions.

They have an excellent responsive support team.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone that is getting into trading and has their securities and investment portfolios in multiple places.

I was surprised by the high quality and great support. Definitely worth trying.

There a few bugs there and there, which are annoying but not a show stopper.

It works like a charm and I don't have to be a geek or guru in software to run and understand what's going on. Congratulations, Nick, on a great piece of software.

I needed a portfolio management tool that was easy to use, could handle multiple markets, multiple currencies  -  stockmarketeye was the perfect solution.

No download from non US broker, not useful outside USA, limited number of stocks in foreign markets, no short or long positions, no news to stocks hold.

I have recently started to encounter bugs, sometimes I have trouble opening the application, and this should not be happening especially for a program I am paying for.

This helps when trying to create aggregate analyses of all my client's portfolios. Also really like the ability to keep watchlists of stocks, and track if they reach certain levels.

Glancing through the documentation it looks as though the software is also capable of meeting the needs of professionals. I would underline the very good customer support that goes with the software.

I like the detailed parameters one can key in for their investment. And i like how it auto calculate the irr of each portfolio.

I like the layout of the site and the ease to check performance. It is easy to connect and updates quickly.

I can see all my investments in one place allowing me to stay on top of my investment performance. It's been very stable with no crashes and having a version native to Apple is very helpful.

G. The APP in my iPhone needs many things to improve...no charts, no ratios, very limited when you want to see your portfolios.

I like the format and ease of use for listing and tracking the stocks.

There is no way to automate anything or add anything else that is not listed in Yahoo Finance. You can to import CSV from other data sources, but you have to do that manually.

Looked like a good program to track all stocks, but functionality is not what I thought it would be. I own it but rarely use it.

This product is a comprehensive, easy to use way to keep track of all of your stocks.

I am happy with it and would recommend to several online traders.

And, I have quickly learned how to use the Alerts function which helps me to make timely buy/sell decisions. I can highly recommend this product to a beginner or more seasoned investor.

Desktop version is very good and very effective find it very practical to analyze my stocks.
