Pros/Cons
Pros
- Then, I found DealCheck, the platform is incredibly user friendly, and even offers informational tabs that help you as you go. Even the bank was impressed with its layout and ease of use.
- A little tutorial would help bring many of the more powerful features to my attention. The find lenders section is pretty good.
- They not only have good software, but they have excellent onboarding emails that expose you to features you may not have noticed.
Cons
- There aren't any things to dislike because they thought of everything.
- How difficult it was to initially get started.
- The only thing I found a bit difficult was the rental comps analyzer and it’s setup.
Pros
- Very easy to use, the software is intuitive and the layout is very clean. I really like the visualizatio of money raised/committed with the ability to put a % chance per investor.
- I love the user interface; it is self-explanatory and easy to use. I also love the customer service; they have always been there when I needed help with something.
- What I love is this is built for purpose and easily customisable to your needs. As well as this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] went out of his way to give me feedback on my pitch and deck and this was amazing.
Cons
- When filling out the investor reports, due to having a plugin (Gramarly), I often-times have to re-write sentences which is annoying.
- Inconsistent UX / can be confusing at times. Some features change behavior with generation updates... quirkiness.
- I say this knowing that the majority of users that will use Foundersuite are start-up entrepreneurs, and as such, I severely doubt there will be any missed value due to complacency.
