- The auditing reports are great as we can easily find out who changed something and when.
- Its alot like a few of the other software programs out there , it is fairly simple to use , delegates roles , eliminates repetitive motions , pretty basic great for small business.
Cons
- My only negative is that it can sometimes take a while to get a hold of a support person when there is an issue. I have waited a couple of days in the past (mid-week, not over a weekend).
- Doesnt allow for you to change alot, doesn't give enough characters to use to explain an issue too limited.
Pros
- Next best feature of system center is the ability to integrate with other Microsoft products to give us a fast and flexible updates to our servers at all times.
- Can generate Querys according to the need of the company. SCCM has its own remote connection system that provides great help at the time of remote technical support.
Cons
- Can be difficult to troubleshoot. Can be expensive and pricing can be confusing.
- To use the all features on a end devices, you must install the agent of System Center. Without the agent the features are limited.
